I hope this email finds you and your family well! For some reason, Thanksgiving seemed to come faster this year. I have so much more to be grateful for this year, and I want to share them with you.

Just 9 months ago, little Emily joined the Trang family. It’s so heartwarming adding another troublemaker to carry on the family tradition. She just started walking, and she already thinks she’s the boss!

Vivian started kindergarten this year. She joined big sister Amelia in the dual language immersion program. It’s incredible hearing my two girls speak Mandarin to each other. I just wish I knew what they were saying to each other! They’re also preparing for their big Christmas recital. Amelia will be leading a chorus for the 12 Days of Christmas, and Vivian will be performing Auld Lang Syne.
Chau and I got to celebrate our 10-year anniversary this year. I still can’t believe that I convinced her to marry me back when I was just a struggling real estate agent. Definitely the best sale of my life! We don’t get to travel very often, so it was amazing to celebrate in Maui for five relaxing days. We were able to enjoy the road to Hana and snorkel with the fishes in the clearest, blue water imaginable. It was a trip to remember, but more importantly, an opportunity to appreciate each other and reflect on everything we’ve experienced these last ten years.

Stunning Homes Realty is wrapping up its fifth year in business at the end of the year. We started with a vision of selling real estate the right way…where all the focus is delivering the highest quality customer service experience possible. Thankfully, we’ve found other high performing agents that believe in our vision, and they have joined our cause, too. Our movement is gaining traction, and in the past year, SHR helped more than 500 families buy or sell a home!
Last August, Carlton, Claudia, Colton, Summer and I were able to donate another $10,000 to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. As you know, a portion of every sale goes to PCH. That means we’ve donated almost $25,000 to PCH in the last three years

Last, but not least, we are most grateful for you. With your support, we can continue to make a lasting impact in our community. Thank you for being who you are!

Sincerely,

Steve
